1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed through the website stockerstudio.com, operated by ANGKOR ARTWORK. By accessing this website and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are available in English, French, and German. In the event of any discrepancy between translations, the English version shall prevail.

2. Products & Pricing

All products sold through stockerstudio.com are handcrafted artworks created by Stocker Studio and our workshop artisans in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, each item is unique. Slight variations in color, texture, dimensions, and finish are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects.

• All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes
• Prices may vary depending on material, size, and complexity of the piece
• We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice; however, orders already confirmed will be honored at the price displayed at the time of purchase
• Product photographs are representative; actual items may differ slightly due to the handmade process, screen calibration, and lighting conditions

3. Orders & Payment

All online orders are processed through our partner platform, Lacquer Memorial (lacquermemorial.com), which handles secure payment processing on behalf of ANGKOR ARTWORK.

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment
• We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers
• Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments with SSL encryption
• An order confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful payment
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

We welcome custom orders and commissions. Custom pieces are created specifically for you and involve a collaborative design process.

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work on custom orders
• The remaining balance is due upon completion, before shipping
• Production times vary from 2 to 4 months depending on complexity
• Progress photos will be shared during the creation process
• Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from our workshop in Siem Reap, Cambodia. For complete details on shipping methods, delivery times, costs, packaging, and customs information, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page.

• Free DHL Express shipping on all orders over $500
• All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage in transit
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control

6. Returns & Refunds

• 14-day return window: You may return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order
• Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging
• Non-returnable items: Custom orders, personalized items, and items that have been used or altered are not eligible for return
• Return shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective
• Refund processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item
• Damaged in transit: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photographs. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at our expense

7. Warranty

All Stocker Studio pieces come with a craftsmanship warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

• Standard warranty: 12 months from date of delivery
• EU customers: 24 months warranty in accordance with EU consumer protection directives
• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, improper storage, or normal wear and tear
• To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, a description of the defect, and photographs

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to photographs, text, designs, logos, artwork images, and videos — is the exclusive property of ANGKOR ARTWORK and Stocker Studio, and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

• No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent
• Purchasing a physical artwork does not transfer reproduction or intellectual property rights
• Personal, non-commercial sharing of product images with attribution is permitted

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANGKOR ARTWORK and Stocker Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or purchase of our products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Siem Reap, Kingdom of Cambodia.

For EU consumers: Nothing in this clause shall deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the country in which you reside, in accordance with EU Regulation 593/2008 (Rome I).
